CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you would like to change or cancel your shoe order, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number along with the specific changes requested. We will notify you once the modification or cancellation has been successfully processed.
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once this timeframe has passed, the order will enter the fulfillment process and can no longer be altered or canceled.
If you receive shoes that are defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
For shoes that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects, returns are not required. A replacement pair will be sent at no additional cost.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses, recipient unavailability, or delivery location security restrictions (as confirmed by the carrier) are not eligible for refunds. Orders refused by the customer will also not be refunded.
Please note that dissatisfaction related to shoe size, fit, comfort, or minor color differences is not eligible for a refund or replacement. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order, as sizing and fit preferences may vary.
EXCHANGE / REFUND PROCESS
Replacement for Defective Shoes:
If your shoes are confirmed to be defective and you wish to keep the same model and size, we will provide a free replacement.
Refund Processing:
Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours.
Funds Availability:
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, usually within 14 business days.
Unreceived Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, please contact your payment provider or bank first. You may also reach out to us at [email protected], and we will assist you in checking the refund status and advising on the next steps.
Policy Validity:
This return and refund policy remains valid for 90 days from the date of delivery. After this period, refunds or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
