CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number along with the modifications you wish to make. We will confirm once the update or cancellation has been completed.
Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order enters processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us directly. We will provide a replacement or refund.
For defective or damaged items, you do not need to return the product. We will send a replacement free of charge.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, customer absence, or issues related to the security of the delivery location (as confirmed by the shipping carrier) are not eligible for refunds. We also cannot refund orders that customers refuse to receive.
Any dissatisfaction related to apparel sizing or color variations is not eligible for refund or replacement. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before completing your purchase.
Exchange / Refund Process

If your item is defective and you wish to restore the original item, we will replace it free of charge.

For refunds, you will receive a confirmation once the request has been processed. Refund processing time is approximately 48 hours.

The actual time it takes for funds to reach your account depends on your payment method and bank, generally no more than 14 business days.

If the refund does not arrive after 14 business days, please contact your payment provider or bank. You may also contact us at [email protected], and we will help check the refund status and advise you on next steps.
Our return & refund policy is valid for 90 days from the date of delivery.
After 90 days, refunds or exchanges can no longer be offered.

To file a claim, please email [email protected] or submit a request via the contact form, including the following required information:

Photo or video of the defective item(s)

Full delivery address
Our support team will review your materials. If eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
