Welcome to cilhbf! We’re committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable international shopping experience for all customers. Our detailed rules for order processing, shipping, delivery and after-sales logistics support are listed below, and we will do our utmost to ensure your purchases arrive safely and on schedule.




Shipping Carriers
We cooperate with well-known international logistics providers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS and local postal services, to ensure stable and reliable shipping for global orders.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Free Shipping & Fee Rule: Free standard shipping for all orders over $39.99; a flat shipping fee of $10 will be charged for orders under $39.99.
- Order Processing Time: Regular in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays); custom-made items require 7–10 business days for production and quality inspection, which is included in the handling time.
- Transit Time:
- Overseas warehouse fulfillment: 7 business days for delivery after order processing;
- Non-overseas warehouse/international fulfillment: 5–13 business days for transit after shipping;
- Custom-made items: Total delivery time is generally 10–20 business days from order placement (processing + transit time).
- Processing Hours: We process all orders between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT; orders placed outside this window will be handled on the next business day.
- Urgent Orders: For orders requiring delivery by a specific date, please contact our customer service in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
ORDER SHIPMENT & TRACKING
- Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a valid tracking number will be sent to your registered email address (please check your spam/junk folder if not received).
- Tracking information will be activated within 24 hours on the carrier’s official website due to warehouse scanning and system update delays. You can track the package status via our official website or the carrier’s platform.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- All cilhbf orders are shipped from international warehouses. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Customs policies vary by country/region; we cannot predict or estimate the exact amount of related fees. Please consult your local customs office for details before ordering.
- We will provide the necessary shipping documents (invoice/packing slip) to assist you with customs clearance upon your request.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
- Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is 100% accurate and complete (including street number, apartment/suite number, postal code and contact phone number). We strictly ship to the address confirmed on your order.
- We are not responsible for delivery failures, losses or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses provided by customers. Reshipping fees will be charged for packages returned due to address issues.
- If you request the carrier to reroute/forward the package after it leaves our warehouse, all risks and additional fees arising from the address change shall be borne by you, and we will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
DELIVERY DELAYS
- We strive to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier logistics disruptions, customs clearance processing, and public holidays in the shipping origin and destination countries.
- In case of significant delivery delays (exceeding the estimated time by more than 7 business days), please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will immediately investigate with the carrier and feed back the progress to you in a timely manner.
DAMAGED & LOST SHIPMENTS
- We are not liable for products damaged or lost during international shipping. If you receive a damaged package or the item is lost in transit, please contact our customer service or the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- Claim Requirements: Please retain all original packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide clear photos of the damaged package/items and the carrier’s delivery record for verification. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of order placement.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, and the final compensation shall be subject to the official claim policy of the logistics provider.
